Designed for a problem most consultancies aren't built to solve.

WHO WE ARE

Change Aigent works at the intersection of AI strategy, governance, and change, where most transformation initiatives actually break down.

We help organizations take purposeful action and build AI transformation that actually sticks.

We view AI as a powerful enabler, not a substitute for human judgment.

Most transformation failures are not technical. They stem from misalignment between decisions, governance, workflows, and people. Adding more technology without addressing those foundations often accelerates risk rather than value.

  • AI should augment decision-making, not obscure it

  • Governance should enable progress, not perform compliance

  • Change should be designed into how work happens, not managed after the fact

What we believe

Christine
Beyaert

Christine Beyaert is the founder of Change Aigent. She thrives where
AI transformation gets hard: the organizational layer where strategy,
governance, workflows, and human judgment have to work together for
AI to actually deliver value.

She has spent 15 years inside and alongside the kinds of organizations
she now advises — health agencies, pharma companies, public sector
institutions, and startups navigating high-stakes change. That context
shapes how she works: with an understanding of risk, scientific rigour,
and the realities of how decisions actually get made.

Christine also contributes to international health informatics and AI
governance work through ISO and is undertaking doctoral research
on adaptive governance and adoption capacity in AI-enabled organizations.
